Ugandan Diva and sensational artist Winnie Nwagi is set to have a concert come September this year.

According to reports from our reliable sources, Nwagi will hold her first mega concert on September 9 at Lugogo Cricket Oval.

On Friday, Swangz Avenue announced that singer Winnie Nwagi, real name Winnie Nakanwagi, will hold her maiden concert this year.

It excited many Ugandans, especially those who have long been yearning for it.

The unofficial announcement comes a week after Nwagi’s fellow signee at Swangz Avenue, Azawi, held a successful maiden concert dubbed “Azawi African Music Concert.”

Whenever I think of September 9, my body starts shaking –Winnie Nwagi

We assume you want to know exactly how the self-proclaimed ‘Fire Baby’ feels about her first-ever concert. Nwagi, who has been with Swangz for over six years, is definitely happy that her turn to hold a concert has arrived.

“You have demanded me for a concert, and like I earlier told you, everything has its own timing, I guess this is my turn now.

When I think of the day of my concert, my body immediately starts shaking. Basically, I am so happy about the news and I’m feeling nice about it,” Winnie Nwagi said.

When Azawi’s concert was announced in June, Winnie Nwagi fans on social media wondered why Swangz decided to hold a concert for Azawi before Nwagi, who has been there for more than five years.

Should we say the fans’ demands have been answered?
