The East African billionaire and Uganda’s property Mogul Ambassador Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia has revealed plans to build a 200-roomed Kampala Kingdom Hotel that is likely to changing Kampala city skies.

The Managing Director of Ruparelia Group Rajiv Ruparelia told The Homeland Newspaper that, the Kampala Kingdom Hotel and apartments project is a unique with modern architectural designs, construction is on course and expecting to start in 2023, and it will be set up along Nile Avenue in the heart of Kampala City and that it will give a spectacular view and give a unique rare outstanding and appearance of Kampala skies from aerial angles as well as boosting domestic tourism, modern luxury and a booming hotel and accommodation sector.
“We are going to start building this hotel project at Kingdom Kampala from 2023 and finish in 2026. The hotel will be known as Kingdom Kampala Hotel,” Rajiv Said
Rajiv Ruparelia said, the interior layout of the Kampala Kingdom falls into contemporary category and refines your client’s eyes. The parking space, the washrooms, the lifts, smoke detectors, walk throughs and all windows bring sense of modern age.

Rajiv said that, the building Kampala Kingdom Hotel and apartments has been designed to allow for flexibility of function as necessitated by the tenants.
“The project will have 200 rooms including suites and penthouses plus 226 very high-End Apartments with a built-up area of 110,000 square meters. It will also have 35 conference rooms,” he added.

The Project will be managed and financed by the Ruparelia Group through its real estate company Meera Investments Limited that owns a string of hotels and country clubs and more than 300 commercial properties in and around Kampala city and the east Africa region.
