Kamuli district, a rapid and fast-growing community in Eastern Uganda, is now home to Uganda Baati Limited’s 20th showroom, bringing world-class steel roofing and building solutions closer to residents, businesses, and builders than ever before.

Located along Kitimbo Road. The showroom represents a significant milestone in bringing trusted, durable and colour varied roofing solutions closer to residents of Kamuli, Buyende, Luuka, Kayunga and neighbouring communities.

The Kamuli showroom stocks a wide selection of UBL’s flagship brands such as Resincot, Covermax, Versatile, Orientile, Romantile and the ultra-premium Lifestile stone-coated tile. By combining affordability and quality, the branch aims to serve both value driven households and aspirational homeowners who want their roofs to set the benchmark in their communities.

As part of its design, the showroom doubles as an information center for local fundis, contractors and small hardware dealers who will benefit from direct technical support, product education and a reliable supply chain.

UBL expects this will raise construction standards and stimulate local business growth across the district.

Speaking at the launch, Patrick Katende, Head of Service Centers at Uganda Baati, noted that “This showroom is a strategic step in bringing our products and services closer to the people of Kamuli and the surrounding areas. It is not just about access to quality building solutions, but also about creating a reliable support system for our customers, contractors and fundis through expert guidance and after-sales service.”

The launch was presided over by Rose Birungi, Resident District Commissioner of Kamuli district, who commended the move:

“We welcome this investment by Uganda Baati Limited, as it speaks directly to the district’s growing demand for quality construction materials and services. This showroom will not only improve access for our people but also contribute to local economic growth by creating opportunities for skills development and business engagement within the community.”

Uganda Baati continues to invest in retail access as part of its mission to serve every region of the country with affordable, high-quality roofing and building solutions that protect homes and support livelihoods.
