Healthy Juices for a healthy body and mind!

Uganda our motherland is blessed with fresh  fruits which are good for our health. Juices can be prepared in different ways according to what one prefers or depending on the direct benefits.

We can therefore, treat our bodies organically with those fresh fruits which are available in most local markets. Mixture may vary depending on what one desires.

Here are a few juices and their benefits;

Papaya and Pineapple smoothie. [Internet photo]

To improve skin complexion and metabolism, use Papaya, Pineapple and milk. This mixture is rich in Vitamin C, E and Iron.

To improve your skin texture and moisture and reduce body heat, please, mix Oranges, Ginger plus cucumber.

Apples, Cucumber and Celery Juice. [Internet Photo]

Apples, cucumber and celery can be mixed in a blender as well and this mixture helps to prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and eliminate stomach upset and headache.

Bitter gourd, apples plus milk can help to avoid bad breath and reduce internal body heat.

In order to prevent constipation, use banana, pineapple and milk. This mixture is rich in vitamin with nutrition.

Honey dew, grapes, watermelon and milk mixture is rich in Vitamin C and VitaminB2. This increases cell activity and strengthen body immunity.

Carrots, Ginger and Apple Juice.

A mixture of carrots, ginger plus apple boosts and cleanses our body system.
