The managing director of Ruparelia group of companies and a director of RR Rally Team Rajiv Ruparelia has advised the Federation of Motorsport Uganda (FMU) to develop ambitions programs of expanding the motor sport to all parts of the country and ensuring that it is loved by all the people.

Rajiv Ruparelia advised FMU members that, are Five Channels he thinks would help the federation to generate the required revenue that can eventually be used to finance and expand the sport in Uganda?

He said that, selling TV Rights based on the fan base to the sport and later to sale advertisement space when Rally is being shown on Air.

He also noted that in the year, if FMU organized events in entirely it would take the Twelve Calendar as an events year. He gave an example that, each time the three is a Rally the FMU fraternity has an event in one of the places in Uganda through different districts or regions we intend to take about 1.5billion worth of economic spending when we go up there and that was Tabled by FMU officials which means if we go to Masaka we book all the Hotels and feed ourselves at large.

Rajiv further advised that, FMU can engage a multinational or large scale business that can take on sponsorship of the whole Calendar event by being the main sponsor for the Federation of motor sport of Uganda, which means they can be given brand recognition to communities.

He observed that, Being creative by looking for space within the circuits of viewing stations and those viewing stations will be given on a road map to people in advance and public can be able to access these stations by paying a small fee and can be sold to cooperates as well.

Rajiv further advised that, FMU has to create its resource base so as to prevent begging for money, hence be able to create value internally including self-organization.

Rajiv Ruparelia with concern noted that, the Federation has people who are always trying to confuse everybody and take us backwards, however, as you can see, the NEW FMU Management today is making great strides to promoting the motor sports in the region.
