Bebe Cool Brags about Hiring Chopper for Diamond Platnumz!

In May, superstar Diamond Platnumz sent shockwaves through Uganda’s entertainment circles when he jetted into Ntungamo by chopper for a press conference tied to the buzzworthy Coffee Marathon — while fellow artist Eddy Kenzo was left in his rearview… by road!

Sources say tensions flared after Kenzo felt majorly disrespected, having to endure the long bumpy ride while Diamond soared in on air transport like a VIP. The internet quickly caught fire, fans picking sides and questioning who pulled the strings.

But now — plot twist! During a recent interview in Tanzania, Bebe Cool dropped a bombshell: he’s the one who hired the helicopter for Diamond! Yup, you read that right.

“It was his own business idea because I am actually the one who hired the chopper for him,” Bebe Cool spilled. “Diamond was late and we were supposed to have the press conference. To ease transportation, the plane was given to him for the good of the business.”

While some artists were grumbling, Bebe kept it chill, saying the move was purely business — nothing personal. He emphasized that the decision was made for the benefit of both the artist and the Coffee Marathon organizers.

And in true Bebe Cool fashion, he ended on a powerful note — calling for unity among East African artists, reminding everyone that without solidarity, the industry can’t move forward.

But with Kenzo still salty and Diamond flying high, the question remains: Is this just a blip — or the beginning of a full-blown musical turf war?
