Jessica Alupo, the Katakwi Woman MP and a former Minister of Education and Sport have just bounced back to parliament and was on Thursday approved by the whole house together with prime minister Robinah Nabanja.

Uganda last had a female Vice President in Dr Specioza Wandira Kazibwe 1994-2003.
