Since 2019, Ssebuliba has become notorious across many media platforms for launching a never-ending series of lawsuits in his illegal attempt to hijack his elderly father M M Kiwanuka and seize all Kiwanuka’s estate while the old man is still alive; Ssebuliba and his maternal siblings went to court claiming that Kiwanuka had gifted them the four matrimonial properties, however, they had no supporting documents but claimed the father had become too enfeebled to remember the donation.

To Ssebuliba’s dismay, the High Court, later on, found Ssebuliba liable for offences including fraud and forgery.

The same court issued orders for Ssebuliba and his friends to vacate or be evicted out of three properties which he had been illegally occupying for over 10 years. The eventual eviction was in March 2021.

He and his other maternal siblings went to court claiming that Kiwanuka had gifted them four ‘matrimonial’ properties.

They no supporting documents to claim that the father had become too enfeebled to remember the donation. However, the court found that the properties didn’t belong to Kiwanuka, they belonged to Visa Investments, a company where Mr. Kiwanuka had interests.

Ssebuliba further prayed to the court that he (Ssebuliba) be given sole management and control of all Kiwanuka’s assets.

Along the way, courts were presented with concrete incidents of Ssebuliba committing forgery, fraud uttering false documents, mis-representation, and perjury and spearheading a defaming and demeaning campaign against Visa Investments, its stakeholders and officers.

Since 2019, Ssebuliba and his company, Lower Hill Management co-0wned by maternal siblings had launched in four different courts of law and six different judges, Lands, Civil, Family and former Executions Division as well as the Courts of Appeal.

To Ssebuliba’s dismay, the courts later on found Ssebuliba liable for offences including abuse of company trust, illegal trespass and forgery. The same court issued orders in December 2019 to vacate or be evicted out of the three Visa Investment properties which he has been illegally occupying for over 10 years.  However, after refusing to vacating, he was eventually evicted by court order in March 2021.

Based on these incidents of professional misconduct by advocate Jordan Ssebuliba, the Law Council was requested to intervene in its regulatory and disciplinary capacity to investigate/summon Ssebuliba due to his embarrassing professional misbehavior whose penalties can include removal/withdrawal of practicing certificate/license amongst other penalties.
