The Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed that the returnee’s who boarded Egyptian Airline arrived home safely.

The government earlier revealed that all the returnees will be quarantined in different places at their own costs.

As the practice goes on, however, Uganda’s 2015 BET award winning artist, Edirisa Musuza aka Eddy Kenzo has continued to worry whether he will leave the foreign land of Ivory Coast to Uganda.

“I see flights bringing people to Uganda. For we don’t have even hope, did you forget us?” He posted on his official Facebook page recently.

Eddy Kenzo is one of the thousands of Ugandans who were caught outside the country, when the government declared a ban on international flights as one of the measures of combating the spread of COVID-19 disease.
