Mother of triplets stranded at Kabala district headquarters, asks for help

She revealed that her husband could have escaped from home after failing to pay for a loan of Shs 500,000 he had got from Sacco to take care of the Triplets.

A mother of triplets on Tuesday morning stormed Kabale district Headquarters seeking for assistance to raise her babies who are only nine months old.

Sarah Niwandinda 29, of Kitunduguru village, Buhara parish, Buhara subcounty in Kabale District who is stranded at Kabale District headquarters told the Homeland Newspaper that her husband abandoned her.

Silver Tindimwebwa a husband to Niwandinda who was a security guard escaped from home after his job was terminated due to Covid-19.

Niwandinda said she is struggling hard to feed her little triplets since she has no job in the village.

Niwandinda also has three other children at home who she is taking care of.

She revealed that her husband could have escaped from home after failing to pay for a loan of Shs 500,000 he had got from Sacco to take care of the Triplets.

Earlier last Month, Denis Michael Owamani, a resident of Nyakabungo Village in Rwene parish in Buhara Sub County committed suicide after failing to raise Shs 1000 to buy a sachet of salt.
