Embattled State Minister for Housing, Persis Namuganza, has welcomed the move by the Central Executive Committee of the ruling National Resistance Movement to mediate the animosity between her and the Speaker of Parliament, Hon Anitah Among.
Namuganza’s remark comes at a time when the censure movers are struggling to raise the required signatures.
Critics, however, say the censure move died from the onset, pouring scorn on the processes and procedures so far.
